Terms of Service
Last updated August 22, 2026
Agreement and business use
These terms govern access to and use of DirectDeliver. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service for lawful business purposes. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
The service
DirectDeliver helps small businesses create and assign local deliveries, give drivers a daily work list, open directions in mapping services, record successful or failed outcomes, attach optional proof photos, email completion details, and search delivery history.
It is not a route-optimization, live-GPS, vehicle-management, emergency-dispatch, customer-tracking, or offline service. You remain responsible for delivery decisions, driver safety, legal compliance, and confirming that addresses, instructions, and outcomes are accurate.
Accounts, workspaces, and roles
Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Workspace owners control billing, settings, invitations, and roles. Dispatchers and drivers have different permissions. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, promptly removing people who should no longer have access, and ensuring invited users are authorized to view its delivery data.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The service is offered at $29.99 CAD per month for unlimited deliveries and team members within one business workspace. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Stripe processes recurring payments and provides the billing portal.
Workspace owners can cancel through the billing portal. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on the cancellation shown by Stripe, and operational access ends when the subscription is no longer active. Any refund rights are governed by applicable law and any terms displayed at checkout; these terms do not promise a refund.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for information your workspace submits, including recipient details, addresses, phone numbers, notes, notification addresses, failure reasons, and proof photos. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide this information and send notifications. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, dangerous, or unnecessarily sensitive material. Do not use proof photos in a way that violates privacy, workplace, or property rules.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, distribute malware, send spam, impersonate another person, violate law, or use the service to harm others. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.
Third-party services
The service relies on Convex for application infrastructure, Stripe for billing, Postmark for email, and Google Places and external mapping applications for address and direction features. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for routes, addresses, messages, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DirectDeliver useful and available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security work, provider outages, or product changes may interrupt or alter features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, successful email delivery, or that a mapping service will provide a correct route.
Ownership and feedback
DirectDeliver and its software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors'. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account is authorized and any required subscription is active. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Ending access
You may stop using the service and cancel the subscription. We may suspend or end access for material violations, non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Workspace owners should request any needed export or deletion information before access ends; export functionality may not be available in the product.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to dylan@directdeliver.ca.
